Casa Jacó
Casa Caimito
Casa Caimito is nestled in the heart of the Manuel Antonio jungle. This residence embodies a concept that seamlessly bridges the gap between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The vision for this residence was to create a modern tropical oasis that serves as a vibrant hub for social gatherings with close friends.
As you step into this residence, you are greeted by a design philosophy that celebrates the marriage of architecture and nature. The very essence of this home is rooted in its Organic Integration – a concept that meticulously weaves the structure into the embrace of the jungle. Towering, strategically placed windows allow nature to pour in, while open spaces create a seamless connection between the indoors and the wild outdoors.
Hotel Senda Monteverde
Senda Monteverde stands as one of the oldest hotels in the area, but it’s more than just a historic relic; it’s a timeless sanctuary for modern-day eco-tourists. Its remodeling concept was driven by a vision to create a tranquil oasis for those who seek refuge and relaxation after their adventures in the cloud forest.
The cabins, like chameleons of the woods, have been designed to camouflage seamlessly with their surroundings. From a distance, they blend into the emerald tapestry of the cloud forest, offering an enchanting sight that promises an experience both immersive and harmonious.
INSIDE
Once inside, the vision of creating a tranquil retreat amidst nature unfolds. The cabins are bathed in the gentle embrace of Komorebi light filtrations, where dappled sunlight cascades through the canopy, creating a dance of shadow and illumination.
Materials found within the cloud forest, like rustic woods and mossy stones, adorn the interiors. These natural elements tell the tale of symbiosis between man and nature, and serve as a testament to the commitment to environmental sustainability.
BATHROOMS
The outdoor showers are an invitation to cleanse both body and soul beneath a sky veiled by the lush greenery above. There’s a serenity to be found in the cool water, with the chorus of forest creatures as your backdrop.
RECEPTION, YOGA ROOM & GIFT SHOP
The interior design, a of homage to the cloud forest, boasts a color palette, patterns, and materials that have been handpicked from the heart of Monteverde. Earthy browns and forest greens dominate, mirroring the lush canopy and rich soil. The patterns, drawn from leaves and branches, create a sense of immersion, as if the hotel grows and morphs from the forest floor.
